information about service customers they are at risk of losing, have
lost or never had! Our process first analyzes customer activity to
highlight those who are reducing their service activity or have
stopped altogether. Next we use industry consumer database sources to
identify owners of brands sold and serviced by a dealer but who have
never been their service customer. The final step is to summarize
customer and consumer information by zip code and add demographic
information. The result is targeted information that enables dealers
to realize the maximum results from their promotional efforts.
